Bust measure (bust round)
Wrap the measuring tape around your back and across the fullest part of your breasts.
Do not pull the tape too tight or hold it loose. It should sit smugly, without it slipping off
Waist measure (waist round)
Wrap the measuring tape around the smallest part of your torso at the waist.
This is mostly just above the belly button (about an inch above).
Hip measure (hips round)
Measure around the hips (where it is the broadest) In ready to wear clothes it is usually 20cm
from the waist; when you measure on the body this may vary.
